DOHA: Qatar Airways and Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar (CMU-Q) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding for collaboration in the fields of education, scientific research and social development.
The MoU aims to improve and reinforce knowledge for the university’s students as well as airline employees, in the fields of education, scientific research, executive training, social development as well as business management, IT and public policies. To achieve these goals, both parties will organise joint conferences and workshops.
The MoU was signed by CEO of the Qatar Airways Akbar Al Baker and Dean and CEO of Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, Dr Ilker Baybars.
