DOHA: Almana Motors Company, the exclusive distributor of Ford and Lincoln in Qatar, has opened a new service centre to provide better customer care and service.
The new facility, which measures 7,800 sqm, is located in a larger premises, adjacent to its previous location in industrial area street no. 23. It has been designed to offer a greater luxurious comfort for visiting Ford and Lincoln car owners. The new layout allows for dedicated customer service desks and client waiting areas, in addition to private rooms.
It has 36 certified technicians, who are highly trained for all requirements across all Ford and Lincoln vehicle models. The new centre will be able to handle everything from routine oil change to more complicated engine repair.
“Moving our service centre to these new facilities is in line with our mission to focus on customer care, while offering professional and international standards,” Ian Partridge, General Manager, Almana Motors Company said.
“Our team of highly skilled technicians is on hand to provide the very best service to all our client’s vehicles needs and through additional tools available within the new facility, we can now offer faster service times to our customers.
The new service centre will be open seven days a week from 7 am to 9 pm. Although walk-ins are permitted, customers are encouraged to make prior appointments through Almana Motors’ call center, a company release said.
