DOHA: HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani chaired on Wednesday morning the third meeting of the Supreme Committee for Development Planning for 2012.
The meeting, which was held at the Emiri Diwan, reviewed what has been achieved in the implementation of the National Development Strategy 2011-2016 in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 in addition to the respective roles of the different State's bodies in preparing, implementing and evaluating the work and the progress made in the strategy.
The meeting also addressed the challenges encountered the implementation of the strategy and a number of decisions has been taken to meet those challenges.
HE Prime Minister meets Egyptian Minister
HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani met here on Wednesday morning with Egyptian Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade Hatem Saleh and his accompanying delegation.
Talks during the meeting dealt with aspects of corporation between the two countries and means of enhancing and developing them. (QNA)
