Bangladesh Ambassador to Qatar H E Md Jashim Uddin visits Bangladesh MHM School and College, Doha.
Doha: Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to the State of Qatar H E Md Jashim Uddin recently visited Bangladesh MHM School and College, Doha. He was received by the Director Md Anwar Khurshid, Principal Md Jashim Uddin, and Vice-Principal and other staff members.
During the visit, the Ambassador inaugurated a Photo Gallery on the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. He also toured the school campus and the classroom areas. The Ambassador is the new Chairman of the Governing Body, sponsor, and custodian of the school.
The principal apprised the envoy of the students’ overall academic activities and performance in the board exam and related matters. In his address, the Director highlighted the institution’s objectives while noting the administrative challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and how the challenges were addressed with the help of the embassy, Governing Body, and community leaders.
Meanwhile, the Ambassador in his remarks expressed the utmost satisfaction with the school’s programme. He hailed the founder, donors, and community leaders’ contribution to building the institution.
The Ambassador also gave a commitment towards the schools’ bid to build an auditorium, swimming pool, and indoor sports facilities.
