Qatar chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors of the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) during its second session for 2013 which was held in Bern, Switzerland, on November 14 and 15. Abd Al Rahman bin Ali Al Oqaili, Chairman of Qatar’s General Postal Corporation, represented the country at the meeting.
