​Qatar up two spots in FIFA rankings

DOHA: Qatar have moved two spots in FIFA world rankings, according to world governing body.
Ranked 101 at the start of last month, Qatar are now placed at 99, FIFA rankings have showed.
The Fahad Thani-coached side has accumulated 331 points.
Qatar, also known as ‘Al Anabi’, are placed ahead of regional rivals Bahrain (106) and Kuwait (109).
Iran has slid to the 38th best team in the world but still retain their top rank in Asia. The Japanese, Australians and Uzbekis round out the top four teams in Asia, respectively.
Spain leads an unchanged top four with Germany, Argentina and Portugal. QNA
