Officials with students at BPS 19th Annual Sports Day.
Doha: Birla Public School (BPS), Kindergarten (KG) Section held its 19th Annual Sports Day recently.
The Kindergarten Sports Day was declared open by Chief Guest T Angeline Premalatha, Counsellor (Political & Commerce), from the Embassy of India.
Management Representative Chindhu Antony, Academic Director and Principal Harish Sanduja, Vice Principals Rajesh Pillai, Edna Fernandez, Radhika Rele attended the event while Kindergarten Headmistress Josephine Fernandes welcomed the guests.
The opening events started with a scintillating march-past followed by a prayer and welcome song. The colourful and rhythmic drills added sprightly performers to warm up and cheer the racers.
The KGI students dressed in various costumes and had a variety of novelty races like space run, penguin walk, jellyfish walk, balancing, and many more. There were interesting games planned for the parents as well.
