Minister opens French Cultural Centre Library

The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage, H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari, inaugurated the French Cultural Centre’s new library in the presence of Ambassador of France in Doha Jean-Christophe Peaucelle and a number of diplomats.
