The Minister of Energy and Industry and Chairman and Managing Director of Qatar Petroleum H E Dr Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada inspects a replica of an artificial reef ball at the stand set up by QP’s Offshore Operations at the recent QP Environment Fair 2013. The Offshore Operations’ exhibit highlighted Halul Island’s rich biodiversity through resident and migratory birds found and animals introduced there, such as the mountain goat, deer, the Arabian oryx and other domesticated animals. The fair attracted a large number of visitors, including schoolchildren.
