Israel partly opens Karam Abu Salem crossing

GAZA: The Israeli occupation authorities decided Thursday to partly open the Karam Abu Salem crossing in the south east of the Gaza Strip for the export of two truckloads of flowers and green spices to Europe as well as the entry of about 450 truckloads of aids and goods for the commercial, agricultural and transportation sectors.
 
Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that the shipments would include 20 trucks of gravel for the private commercial sector and quantities of cement, construction iron and gravel for International projects in addition to limited quantities of cooking gas.
 
The occupation authorities opened the crossing yesterday and allowed the entry of 364 truckloads of goods for commercial, agricultural and transport sectors. They also allowed the entry of 20 trucks of gravel for the private commercial sector and quantities of cement, construction iron and gravel for International projects in addition to limited quantities of cooking gas.
