DOHA: The father of India’s information technology (IT) revolution, N R Narayana Murthy, who is currently the Additional Director and Executive Chairman of Infosys, will be visiting Qatar on April 25, said a statement yesterday.
Murthy, the co-founder of Infosys, will be here to receive an award, “KEF Technocrat of the Year 2015”, from Keralite Engineers’ Forum, Qatar.
He will be presented the award in a gala dinner the same day at InterContinental Doha-The City. The event will start at 6.15pm. Admission to the event will be by invitation.
