Qatar Stars League hosts workshop

The Qatar Stars League (QSL) yesterday held a workshop highlighting the importance of reducing time wasting incidents during game play for the upcoming 2017-18 QSL season. 

The event was held in the presence Mohammed Ahmed Al Abdullah Director of Sports affairs for the QSL, along with the players and coaches of QSL sides.

Also present at the event was Naji Al Juwaini, Executive Director of the Qatar Football Federation's Arbitration Department, and Fahd Thani, Director of the Development Department at the QFA. 

The lecture focused on the reduction of time wasting incidence in the new season, in order to push up the overall playing time to a 60 minute average. 

This season the QSL registered an average of 54.7 minutes of playing time.
