Doha: European Union ambassadors are expected tomorrow to agree on a plan to allow fully-vaccinated people to fly to Europe without having to have a Covid test or quarantine, media reported.
“The EU plan would see member states adopt uniform entry requirements, giving fully-vaccinated holidaymakers from low-risk countries such as the UK unrestricted entry to Spain, France, Italy and other popular destinations,” British newspaper Telegraph said.
Eu is expected to expand the green list allowing holiday travel from non-EU countries with Covid infection rates below 100 cases per 100,000 of the population.
The EU-wide move is designed to kick-start the summer holiday season for the whole continent and agree a united position.
