Doha, Qatar: As part of Qatar’s ongoing efforts to enhance digital government services, Qatar is expanding digital platforms as a means of accessing essential services through various ministries.
These applications allow citizens and residents to access services via smartphone, reducing the need for in-person visits.
These initiatives include Metrash, Hukoomi, and Lbaih, providing users with services ranging from official government documentation to various other service inquiries.
Below is a list of applications available for accessing essential government services across the country.
Metrash – Ministry of Interior
Metrash is the official mobile application developed by the Ministry of Interior, providing residents and citizens access to more than 440 government services through a single digital platform.
From allowing users to manage residency permits, visa applications, Qatar ID services, traffic violations, vehicle registration, driving license renewals, to requesting official documents without visiting service centers, this app is a one-stop solution for all MOI-related services.
Recent updates introduced a redesigned interface, enhanced digital security, multilingual support, and over 100 additional services aimed at improving accessibility and efficiency for users across Qatar.
One of its most recent updates includes the introduction of the ‘Other Vehicle Violations’ feature, allowing users to pay traffic fines on behalf of family members and friends directly through the app.

Hukoomi – Ministry of Communications and Information Technology
Hukoomi is the official online information and e-government portal for the State of Qatar developed by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
The platform is a centralized portal for government services and brings together several national entities, reducing the need to visit ministries in person. These services include license renewals, health services and visa inquiries.

Oun – Ministry of Municipality
Oun is the official mobile application developed by the Ministry of Municipality to provide municipal services through a digital platform. The application allows users to submit complaints and requests related to public cleanliness, pest control, abandoned vehicles, and maintenance issues. This application even allows users to book tickets to Ministry-maintained parks such as Al Khor Park, Panda House, and Barzan Olympic Park

Mzadat is the official digital auction platform for judicial auctions in Qatar.
The app allows users to bid on vehicles, jewelry, scrap materials, real estate and other assets offered through auctions conducted by the Supreme Judicial Court and Public Prosecution

SAK – Ministry of Justice
SAK is a digital platform in Qatar that provides users with access to legal and official document services. It is designed to simplify administrative procedures by allowing individuals and businesses to request, view and manage certified documents through the designated platform.

DARB is a digital platform developed by Qatar’s Ministry of Transport that provides road users with transport-related services, traffic information, maritime transactions, and real-time travel updates across the country. The app allows users to access route planning tools, live traffic conditions, congestion alerts, and navigation support to help commuters move more efficiently throughout Qatar.

Nar’aakom app allows patients to medicine appointments and schedule services. Users can also access vaccination appointments and track referrals to specialized care.

Kahramaa – Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation
