Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 28.94 points, or 0.21 percent, to close trading at 14,018.43 points on Thursday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 381,219,744 from 357,086,943 on Wednesday and the value of shares increased to QR1,348,065,102.27 from QR942,699,072.53 on Wednesday.
The indices of six sectors ended in green zone and one sectors ended red zone today. QSE Total Return Index gained 0.21 percent 28,714.30, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index increased 1.24 percent to 5,807.42 points and QSE All Share Index added 0.19 percent 4,454.59 points
