The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with the President of Congo, Denis Sassou-Nguesso, at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. Talks centred on relations and issues of common concern. The leaders also witnessed the signing of a framework agreement on cooperation between Qatar Petroleum International and Total E&P Congo. The Emir hosted a luncheon banquet in honour of President Nguesso and his delegation.
