Doha: The Advisory Council held its weekly regular session here yesterday under its Speaker H E Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Kholeifi.
At the outset of the meeting, the Council’s Secretary General H E Fahd bin Mubarak Al Khayreen read out the agenda which has been approved.
Afterwards the council approved the minutes of its previous meeting.
The memo of the Cabinet’s General Secretariat addressed to the office of the Prime Minister on the council’s recommendations concerning a draft law amending some provisions of the law No. 10 of 1987 regarding the state’s public and private properties, was read out and the Council took note of it.
The Council later discussed a report by the Finance and Economy Committee on a draft law amending some provisions of the law No. 12 of 1972 on compulsory pricing and profits determination, and decided to forward its recommendations thereon to the Council of Ministers. QNA
