Riyadh: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi has commended the comprehensive developmental renaissance witnessed by the State of Qatar accross all fields, enabling it to realise distinctive civilizational achievements that are a source of pride and honour for the noble Qatari people and all citizens of the GCC states.
