Brussels---The EU will appeal a December court decision ordering the removal of the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas from its terror blacklist, a spokeswoman said Monday.
Foreign ministers from the 28 member states decided at a meeting on Monday "to appeal the judgment regarding Hamas remaining on the EU terrorist list," spokeswoman Susanne Kiefer said.
