DOHA: Keeping in view the growing number of visitors to the Sealine Beach in Mesaieed City’s east coast, Ezdan Holding Group has opened an integrated-services facility “Ezdan Oasis”, which offers several essential services, including a restaurant, a supermarket, a mosque and most importantly rest rooms for sea goers.
The facility, developed and owned by Ezdan Hotels, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, also offers an attractive play area for children and a heritage tent. In addition, there are further joyful activities that include horse and camel riding. Ezdan Oasis complex, spread over up to 4,000 square meters, is expected to accommodate about 50,000 visitors on a monthly basis. The Oasis restaurant, offering a wide-rage of food and beverages, is able to receive up to 250 people, noting that at the first hours of its inauguration, the facility has witnessed a large turnout of visitors who were curious to explore the Oasis and enjoy the services it offers.
The establishment of Ezdan Oasis came within the framework of Ezdan Hotels’ plans to promote and expand its services. The project aims at providing high scale services to citizens and expatriates, as people in charge of it are keen to allocate a space in the restaurant to families only to maintain their privacy.
Despite the small space the Oasis enjoys, it was able to be an integrated entity dedicated to ensure happy and pleasant moments for families and visitors to Sealine Beach. The idea of the project comes as a to reflect Ezdan strategy that aimed at the construction of integrated recreational and service areas, stressing Qatar’s keenness to ensure comfort to its inhabitants.
Nasser Mohammed Al Abdulla, Deputy Group CEO, said that Ezdan Oasis will not be the last project to be announced by Ezdan Hotels Company, but the company plans to announce a surprise huge project during 2015.
He added that Ezdan is gearing up to open Ezdan Hotel Palace in a strategic location and the first of its kind on Al Shamal Road. The hotel has up to 210 rooms and suites capacity and will be offering a high level of services, which will make a quantum leap in the country’s tourism sector.
Hasib Kayali, General Manager of Ezdan Hotels, noted that Ezdan Oasis includes several units allocated to families in addition to other facilities for different activities.
