DOHA: Get ready for another wet and windy day as the Qatar Meteorology Department has forecast strong cold winds with chances of rains today. Drivers need to drive cautiously as rain and winds may cause poor visibility. The minimum temperature is expected to be in the range of 11 to 15 degree centigrade while maximum temperature is likely to be in the range of 16 to 17 degree centigrade. Many parts in Qatar yesterday received rains in the evening leading to sharp fall in the mercury. Strong winds added to the chill and created poor visibility that led to slowdown in the traffic in many areas.
