Qatar seeks global pressure on Israel to abide by resolutions

Doha: Qatar has urged the international community to put pressure on Israel to abide by resolutions of international legitimacy and release all Palestinian prisoners, including parliamentarians. 
It stressed the need to end the differences and divisions between Palestinian factions and complete Palestinian national reconciliation in a way that serves the Palestinian people.
This came in a speech by the Speaker of the Advisory Council H E Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi, who is heading a delegation to the meeting of the Parliamentary Union of the member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation at its ninth session in Iranian capital Tehran.
He said, “The Muslim world is going through critical circumstances which require the strengthening of efforts to confront.”
He said the conference agenda include important topics that needed to be tackled objectively to reach practical results for deepening Islamic solidarity to safeguard capabilities of the Islamic nation and the holy sites. QNA
