DOHA: Law, audit and accountancy as well as engineering consultancy firms, clinics, veterinarian’s clinics and agricultural and fisheries experts, among others, that have offices in villas in residential areas have been given a new lease of life as their rent contracts are to be extended for a year starting from February 15.
Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday ratified Cabinet Decision No. 8 of 2015, granting the extension for a year of these tenants for non-residential purposes.
The decision will published in the official gazette, Qatar News Agency reports. The extension also applies to administrative headquarters of commercial companies.
