Jerusalem--Israelis elected a new parliament this week, handing rightwing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a shock victory.

Shas (ultra-Orthodox) 7 seats (5.73 percent)
United Torah Judaism (ultra-Orthodox) 6 seats (5.03 percent)
Yisrael Beitenu (hardline right) 6 seats (5.11 percent)
