ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan stated on Thursday, that execution of condemned prisoner Saulat Mirza was delayed for medical reasons.
Speaking in the National Assembly, Nisar said, “it is the responsibility of the Government of Pakistan to follow up on Dr Imran Farooq’s murder case as it wants to bring his killers to justice.”
Commenting regarding his meeting with British High Commissioner, the minister said, issues relating to Karachi and statements against the Army came under discussion with the British envoy.
