Doha: Ooredoo yesterday announced the popular QR1 MoneyGram fee promotion with Ooredoo Mobile Money is back, enabling customers to send money home instantly with a money transfer fee of just QR1, until July 15.
The promotion, which was first launched in 2013, is available for customers transferring money to a wide selection of 191 countries, including the GCC, and all Asian countries including India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and most African countries.
All new and existing mobile money customers will be able to send money home instantly with a flat fee of QR1 only during the promotional period, users will also enjoy one of the best exchange rates in Qatar.
The offer is part of Ooredoo’s vision of giving back to Qatar’s diverse community of international residents. Ooredoo Mobile Money lets customers send money quickly, easily and safely for collection at more than 347,000 MoneyGram agents in countries around the world.
