Doha: Oryx Group For Food Services organised a Blood Donation drive in partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
The Blood Donation drive is part of their annual activity where employees volunteer with the objective to care about the community where they live in. More than 50 staff members participated in the event to not just raise awareness but also contribute towards this noble cause.
“We were so proud to see the turnout from our team. Blood donation in Qatar is a yearly event for us and a cause very close to our hearts. We believe kindness, compassion and sense of responsibility tie us all together. Initiatives like these have direct impact on those who need assistance. Besides, donating blood has its own advantages so it is a win-win from all sides,” said Vyanktesh Jaiswal, General Manager, Oryx Group For Food Services.
