Doha, Qatar: Jake Franklin delivered a flawless performance to win both races in Round 3 of the 2025 FIM MiniGP Qatar Championship, held at Lusail Track.

The British rider showcased exceptional control across both of the 15-lap races.

In Race 1, Franklin clocked a best lap of 59.364 seconds on his way to finish first with a total time of 15:05.049. Franklin finished over 20 seconds ahead of Andrea Giacchero, who came second. Anas Boukabache secured third place, while Ayaan Tampal and Hammed Al Shahwani completed the top five.

Franklin faced a huge challenge in Race 2, with Giacchero hanging on to second place – finishing just 0.161 seconds behind while recording the fastest lap of 59.668 seconds.

Franklin won in 15:06.092, while Boukabache once again rounded out the podium.

The back-to-back victories propelled Franklin to the top of the standings with 118 points, while Giacchero stayed second with 116 points. Mohammed Al Mutawa is third in the points table with 100 points.
