Doha: In order to complete remaining works related to the extension of Industrial Area Road, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will be diverting traffic from Mesaimeer Roundabout to Abu Hamour Roundabout, starting from Sunday until beginning of 2015.
Works in the area will include the construction of a flyover that connects Mesaimeer area to Maamoura area in Mesaimeer road, and the construction of rain and potable water networks, and treated sewerage effluent.
During the construction period of the project, commuters will be able to use the alterative road that connects Industrial Area road to the Wholesale Market Street as shown in the attached map.
Ashghal urges all road users to comply with the traffic signs that have been installed in the area to ensure smooth traffic flow.The Peninsula
