Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani made a phone call to Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki and offered condolences following the killing of soldiers in the terrorist attack in Mount Chaambi. The Emir also wished the injured a speedy recovery. The Emir also made a phone call to Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Bashir and discussed regional and international issues, including Gaza.
Doha: The Foreign Minister H E Dr Khalid bin Mohamed Al Attiyah yesterday received a phone call from US Secretary of State John Kerry and discussed developments in Gaza and means of reaching a cease-fire agreement between the Palestinians and Israelis.
Dr Al Attiyah also spoke to his French counterpart Laurent Fabius and Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende and discussed Gaza. QNA
