Doha: Al Sailiya team administrator Mohammed Qambar believes that repeating last season’s successes will prove difficult because the team had surpassed all the expectations last time.
“The team did very well last season but this campaign will be a big challenge for everyone involved with the club,” he said
He hoped that the club would take inspiration from last season and at least maintain the same level. Qambar praised the efforts of the coaching staff and felt confident that the clubs new acquisitions would give them the extra boost for the new season.
Securing Fawzi Ayish was also another success, he said and couldn’t wait to see the new Korean and Tunisian Issam Jemma link up in attack.
