DOHA: The Qatar Stars League’s performance analysis specialists — Prozone — held their annual workshop at the Millennium Hotel here on Sunday.
This was an opportunity to introduce the six new coaches to the player performance software and give a refresher course to the coaches from last season.
The workshop was attended by Ahmed Al Harami, the head of Competition and Football Development, Miguel Heitor, Football Development Supervisor and Prozone analyst Andrew Forrester. Al Harmi spoke about the League’s goals this season, including a new system introduced to monitor player’s attendance at training sessions. The QSL’s contract with Prozone was also renewed and this season a new software system will be installed to analyze the players during training.
