Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday issued the Law No. 8 of 2013 amending some provisions of the Law Decree No. 21 of 2006 on private institutions of public benefit. The Emir also issued the Law No. 9 of 2013 on genetic fingerprinting and the Law No. 10 of 2013 releasing the law/unified regulation on anti-dumping and countervailing and preventive measures for GCC states. The laws are to be implemented and published in the Official Gazette. QNA
