Doha: Under the patronage of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Supreme Judiciary Council will host the fourth conference of heads of Arab supreme courts at the St Regis hotel on September 24-26.
It will discuss laying the foundations of family’s social security, Shariah principles, child trafficking and domestic violence.
The forum will also focus on the role of social and psychological experts in family courts and dispute settlement offices.
The judiciary’s role in implementation and enforcement of international conventions in investment disputes, developing economy and encouraging investment and the rulings in international arbitration in investment-related disputes will also be discussed
