This is one of many events we organize and we will continue to look to how we can give unforgettable experiences to all of our customers. I would also like to thank all the BMW customers that attended the event as well as our partners Mawater Group, who with their support have made this a truly successful two days.”
Making their Middle East debut at the Qatar International Motor Show in February, the second generation BMW X6M and X5M models were showcased amongst a range of M models. The M design and interior of the two newest additions to the BMW M GmbH stable. Both the BMW X6M and X5M are powered by the latest-generation 4.4-litre V8 engine, using innovative M TwinPower Turbo technology to push torque and output to even higher performance levels.
Also present at the track day was the BMW M4 Coupe. The high-revving six-cylinder in-line engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology developed for the BMW M4 Coupe produces a maximum output of 431 hp. Its peak torque of 550 Newton metres (406 lb-ft) is available across a wide rev band yet the engine also achieves a reduction in fuel consumption and emissions of around 25 percent. BMW M4 Coupe covers the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds (with the optional seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission).
The M4 Convertible replicates the performance figures of the BMW M4 Coupe. The power unit generates maximum output of 431 hp from its 3.0-litre displacement and serves up peak torque of 406 lb-ft across a wide rev band.
