Medical plane crashes in Nevada, killing 4 people

Washington: An air ambulance operated by American Medflight has crashed in a parking lot in the city of Elko in Nevada, killing a patient and three crew members, officials said on Saturday. 
There were no survivors.

The Elko Daily reported the medical aircraft was headed to the University of Utah Hospital with a heart patient when it went down.

The aircraft, a Piper PA 31 airplane crashed under unknown circumstances in northeast of the Elko Regional Airport, said an official.

The crash caused multiple explosions and sent flames into the air. Several vehicles also caught fire, according to Elko Daily.
