Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: A delegation from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) has participated in the opening ceremony of the Cityscape Global 2025 Expo, which kicked off at Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center, Saudi Arabia, under the theme: "The Future of Urban Living".
During this participation, Chairman of Aqarat, Eng. Khalid Ahmed Al Obaidli, held a series of meetings with top international officials and investors to explore collaboration opportunities in real estate ventures, the state-of-the-art innovations in this sector, and urban planning, thereby strengthening the region's standing as a global hub for investment and urban development.
The participation is an extension of the long-standing cooperation between Aqarat and Saudi counterparts, emphasizing the extended strategic action between both sides, following the signing of an MoU last October during the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum.
In essence, the participation keeps up with the targets of the SDGs in the region, manifesting the joint ambition of the GCC states.
The Expo is a mammoth real estate event, showcasing hundreds of participating exhibitors, alongside keynote speakers, and exploring thousands of residential and commercial units, as well as futuristic ventures through which numerous big deals are forged.
