DOHA: In a unique move, the Ministry of Justice has announced to provide free parking for its visitors at the underground parking facility of Doha Exhibition Center opposite of ministry building.
The move aims to reduce the suffering of visitors looking for spaces for hours to park cars in the Tower area of West Bay where the ministry is located.
The new facility will be available for visitors to the ministry from 6am to 2pm, Al Sharq reports.
The ministry is also working to provide additional parking to meet the growing demand of visitors.
It has coordinated with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning and Ashghal to allot parking slots for visitors to the ministry.
The ministry also taken steps in the past to reduce the suffering of its visitors due to a lack of parking spaces in the area. It signed a deal with Kahramaa to allot some its parking spaces for visitors to the ministry.
It also signed a contract with Karwa to provide bus services every 15 minutes for its visitors.
