Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of congratulations to HM Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, on the occasion of the success of the surgical operation he underwent, wishing His Majesty continued health and wellness.
