Palakkad: The CBI yesterday arrested businessman V M Radhakrishnan for the death of a former company secretary of the state-owned Malabar Cements and his two kids in Kerala in 2011.
Radhakrishnan is a contractor linked to the cement company, said sources in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) who were tasked by the Kerala High Court to probe the deaths.
The bodies of company secretary V Saseendran and his two kids were found hanging in their home near Palakkad on January 24, 2011. He quit the job a few months before the incident. Saseendran was opposed to the alleged corrupt deals of Radhakrishnan, the investigators said.
