Holds a BBA from Cairo University and has been a director of international organizations, conferences and treaties (ambassador rank) for the ministry of foreign affairs. He is non-executive independent member of the Board at SEIB Insurance and Reinsurance Company. Played an active role in the establishment and development of various national insurance companies in Qatar. OITC group offers services in high end engineering & design, procurement, hydrocarbon, power, desalination plants, and telecom.
