Doha: A tripartite agreement has been signed between Al-Khayarin Group Trading & Contracting, Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd Pakistan and Berkeley Associates of Pakistan for formation of a new company namely Al-Khayarin Foundation for design & construction of pilling and shoring and other civil works. Al-Khayarin Foundation would also carry out designing of groundwater modelling & dewatering system and foundation retaining systems.
The signing ceremony of shareholders agreement was held at KG Group Head Office recently wherein Mohammed Idrees Anwar, CEO and Managing Partner of KG Group, Zahid Rafiq, Director Habib Rafiq Ltd. (HRL) and Dr Tahir Masood, Director Berkeleys Associates signed on behalf of respective companies.
Establishment of Al Khayarin Foundation has been made in view of enormous ongoing constructional opportunities in Qatar as well as expected projects, including infrastructural development for FIFA 2022, development of Qatar’s transport infrastructure, construction of a modern residential and hospitality environment to support the predicted increase in population and continuing development of Education City and Qatar University.
Additionally, KG Foundation would be focusing on other high-profile projects which are either underway or announced in Qatar.
