Doha, Qatar: Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF) is inviting nominations to honour five long-term serving labourers in the country, who have been Qatar residents for more than 30 years.
The selected winners will be honoured as part of ICBF-Labor Day Rang Tarang 2023 celebrations that will be held at Asian Town Cricket Stadium Parking on May 26, from 5pm to 10pm.
"ICBF invites all community members to come forward and nominate individuals who have tirelessly dedicated themselves to their work and our community and are working with an organisation or with their sponsor as domestic help. If you know someone deserving of this recognition, we encourage you to submit their names with following supporting documents," added ICBF in its statement.
It further added that freelancers are not eligible to participate.
Details such as name, length of residency in Qatar, nature of work and company/Organization, mobile number and brief description of the nominee has to be submitted before May 22, 2023.
