DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Company and Labregah Real Estate Company entered into a share sale and purchase agreement regarding the sale of Barwa City.
In a filing to Qatar Exchange, Barwa yesterday noted it expects to announce completion of the transfer of the shares of Barwa City to Lebregah in the near future.
Labregah , is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company.
