Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received phone calls from Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Emir discussed with them relations and developments in the region, particularly the situation in Gaza. They also discussed international efforts to stop military operations against Gaza and the aggressive policy of Israel against the Palestinian people. Unified stances and efforts towards an immediate cessation of Israeli aggression and flagrant violations were also discussed.
