Gaza: Seven Palestinians, including a young girl, were martyred and several others injured today in an Israeli occupation airstrike on southern Gaza.
According to Palestinian sources, Israeli occupation forces targeted the tents of displaced civilians in Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, killing seven people, including a child, and injuring others.
In a notable development - the first of its kind since the beginning of the aggression - Israeli's occupation military issued new evacuation orders affecting areas in Deir al-Balah Governorate in central Gaza.
The evacuation orders cover all individuals in the southwestern part of the city, raising concerns about a new wave of escalation in a region already overwhelmed with displaced people.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation aggression on Gaza claimed the lives of 58,895 people and left 140,980 others injured.
Israeli occupation forces continue to commit atrocities against civilians in Gaza amid growing warnings of an escalating humanitarian disaster, as living and health conditions rapidly deteriorate, and shelters and humanitarian aid centers remain under attack.
