The second round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Malta was held yesterday in Doha. The Qatari side was chaired by Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs H E Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi. The Maltese delegation was headed by Permanent Secretary of the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Malta H E Christopher Cutajar. The two sides discussed cooperation and ways to strengthen ties between the two countries.
