Qatar Airways’ first A380 aircraft, which arrived in Doha on Thursday, promises to give passengers a new flying experience.
The double-deck, wide-body jet boasts features to reduce traveller fatigue such as a quieter cabin interior, more cabin area and volume, larger windows, bigger overhead bins and extra headroom compared to other passenger aircraft.
On the Qatar Airways plane, first class seats feature a 90-inch pitch with a fully flat bed. Business class seats feature a pitch of 52 inches which also recline to fully flat beds.
Economy class passengers benefit from the most spacious A380 arrangement, with a pitch of 32 inches spread in a 10-seats-across layout.
