Afalla said that the names were submitted to the police by the FEU administration. He said that the three suspects have been expelled from the university and charged with frustrated murder.
“The FEU management has issued a restraining order, I think these [suspects] have been expelled for protection of the other students... They are facing frustrated murder charges,” Afalla said in an interview over radio dzMM. The Manila police had identified another suspect in the attack, Christina Acosta, a fourth year nursing student of FEU.
Manhunt operations have been launched against the student.
