SINGAPORE: Qatar International Petroleum Marketing Co, or Tasweeq, has sold al-Shaheen crude for January loading at higher premiums than the previous month, traders said on Wednesday.
Tasweeq sold al-Shaheen at $1.50 to $1.90 a barrel above Dubai quotes, traders said. It last sold al-Shaheen crude for December loading at premiums of 80 cents to $1.3 per barrel.
Seven January cargoes were sold, with ExxonMobil buying three, TonenGeneral buying two, and SK Energy and a U.S. major bought one each, traders said. The deals could not be independently verified.
Maersk Shipping sold January al-Shaheen at $2.05-$2.2 per barrel to Dubai quotes, traders said last week. (Reuters)
